I recently stayed for two nights at The Westin Pasadena. The hotel's location is fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions, but my overall experience was marred by several issues. While the breakfast was great and the staff, particularly in dining, were attentive, I encountered serious cleanliness problems in my room and complications with room service. Overall, I left feeling more frustrated than satisfied. 😕
